A "Excavation Permit" is required to
install, repair, or remove any facility in the
public right-of-way that includes any trenching,
digging, boring, tunneling, or jacking of
conduit or pipes or placement of a facility or
any other structure in the PROW. Details of

Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 7.06.
