Santa Monica, California –The Santa Monica Public Library is pleased to present author Ben Sherwood as the next guest in its new monthly series of discussions, the Quality of Life Forum, on Wednesday, November 18, at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Library’s Martin Luther King, Jr. Auditorium, 601 Santa Monica Blvd.

Hosted by Quality of Life Project founder Kit Cooper, the Quality of Life Forum spotlights accomplished, inspiring and grounded guest speakers who share best practices on what they do to get the most out of life.  November’s guest is Ben Sherwood, a former NBC executive and author of The Survivor’s Club, a close examination of those who survived extraordinary circumstances, including cancer, plane crashes and the Holocaust, and is there a scientific basis behind what enabled them to do it.

Admission is free, and seating is first come, first served.  The Santa Monica Public Library is wheelchair accessible. For special disabled services, call Library Administration at (310) 458-8606 at least one week prior to event.
