Santa Monica, California –The Santa Monica Public
Library is pleased to present author Ben Sherwood as the next guest in its new
monthly series of discussions, the Quality of Life Forum, on Wednesday,
November 18, at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Library’s Martin Luther King, Jr.
Auditorium, 601 Santa Monica Blvd.
Hosted by Quality of Life
Project founder Kit Cooper, the Quality of Life Forum spotlights accomplished,
inspiring and grounded guest speakers who share best practices on what they do
to get the most out of life. November’s guest is Ben Sherwood, a former
NBC executive and author of The Survivor’s Club, a close examination of
those who survived extraordinary circumstances, including cancer, plane crashes
and the Holocaust, and is there a scientific basis behind what enabled them to
do it.
Admission is free, and
seating is first come, first served. The Santa Monica Public Library is
